contacting us

For ticket questions you can speak to Ticketmaster direct on 1-855-985 4357 – they’re pros and will have answers to most of your questions. If you prefer the less personal touch you can email them here.

If you want to speak to someone at the festival about anything else email us at ineedhelp@liveatsquamish.com and we’ll aim to get back to you within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.

Unfortunately we cannot allow any liquids into the festival. However, please bring an empty water bottle as we will have filling stations in several spots in the festival for you to fill up with beautiful BC water!

We allow people to bring a small lunchbox-sized amount of food into the festival. However we have the Lower Mainland’s best food carts with a wide variety of food and drink available within the festival.

It is important to stay hydrated whilst at the festival so make sure you take advantage of the standpipes that contain FREE drinking water in the campsites and the festival.

This is a general admission festival without seating, which means no one gets to seat in a golden circle, so everyone wins. We have, arguably, the best grass in BC so bring a blanket and chill out in front of the stage of your choosing.

VIP Ticket holders over 19 will have access to the VIP area which has seating with a view of the stage and food and beverage vendors to cater to your every whim…

The official LIVE at Squamish parking lot opens at 11am and closes at 1am. No overnight parking is allowed. There is ample parking in our lots, do not park on verges, gateways or private property or you will be towed. The parking lot is constantly manned with security however we do advise to remove or conceal valuables.

Wheelchair & Accessible ENTRY & Parking

The festival is an accessible/wheelchair friendly event.
All campsites (VIP and Regular) are wheelchair/accessible.
Accessible parking is available within our main Parking lot (Located at Gate 2) however spots are limited and are allocated on a first come basis.
We also provide a wheelchair/accessible drop off location at Gate 1.

A full range of both festival and artist merchandise will be available to buy onsite both days of the festival.

There will be several ATMs throughout the festival site and at the box office but we do advise that you come prepared. Although every effort is made to keep the cash points stocked the sheer volume of people using them can sometimes prohibit this.

No fun list (sorry)

  • All bags will be subject to search, no alcohol or drugs are permitted to be brought into the festival
  • With the exception of Guide Dogs, no animals are allowed on site
  • Offensive weapons or anything that may be considered to be an offensive weapon
  • Fireworks, flares, laser pens or laser equipment will be not be allowed on site
  • Under no circumstances will cars or any other type of motorised vehicle be allowed inside the camping area – our campground is for tents only.
  • ANY glass containers (eg. alcohol, ketchup, soft drinks in glass bottles)
  • Lawn chairs are fine in campgrounds but please leave them there as they are a hazard in the festival especially when it gets dark (our grass is more than awesome to sit on)

licensed areas

All licensed areas have a set capacity that, by law, we cannot exceed. We will work hard to make any line-ups for beer gardens as painless as possible, however please show some patience if you do have to line-up as we will be keeping our ‘one in, one out’ system as efficient and fast as possible.

You’ll need two forms of ID, one government issued, for access to these areas. So a Drivers License and a Credit Card will do just fine.

in & outs

Because we’re super nice we’re one of the only festivals in (maybe) the world that allow in and out privileges. You’ll need to keep your wristband on at all times as new ones won’t be re-issued for lost ones and no food or drink will be allowed to be brought back in. Play nice otherwise we’ll have to reconsider for next time xx
